Production Support Specialist

Job Location : Plano, TX (3 days onsite & 2 days remote) - One and done in-person interview. Required Qualifications Strong experience providing Level 2 Application Production Support in batch-oriented, data-driven environments. Hands-on experience with: Shell Scripting Oracle SQL / PL/SQL Hive Scripts Experience monitoring and resolving batch job failures and data load issues. Experience with job scheduling tools such as Autosys or equivalent. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Ability to analyze application, server, and database logs. Solid understanding of ETL processes, database concepts, and data pipelines. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
