As a Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to local office leadership and a senior member of Choate’s Marketing & Communications team. Blending creativity, critical thinking, and business acumen, you’ll help translate office and market goals into clear, compelling, and executable marketing strategies that support growth. Supporting three local markets, you’ll thrive in a “working manager” role that balances hands-on marketing leadership with the mentorship, management, and development of other marketing team members. You take joy in building strong relationships, listening well, prioritizing wisely, and helping teams stay focused and aligned. You’ll guide and support marketing efforts across proposals, presentations, social media, award submittals, content development, marketing copy, client events, tradeshows, jobsite events, and local philanthropic initiatives. By assessing workloads, outcomes, analytics, and opportunities for improvement, you’ll help ensure our marketing efforts are both creative and effective. As a protector of the Choate brand, your discerning eye for quality and brand alignment will ensure our flawless presentation to the external world. YOU COULD BE THE NEXT CHOATE SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER IF… You led marketing and pursuit strategies, proposal development efforts, and market positioning initiatives in a fast-paced AEC environment. You successfully managed marketing support across multiple offices or business units, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder needs with professionalism. You have 10 years experience leading with a collaborative style and strong management approach towards coaching, mentoring, and development of a strong team. You coached and mentored team members, fostering strong relationships and building a collaborative, high-performing culture. You demonstrated intellectual curiosity and innovation by identifying new approaches to enhance marketing effectiveness and business development outcomes. You crafted clear, compelling messaging and differentiated value propositions that strengthened brand positioning and pursuit success. You managed a high-volume workload with exceptional organization, self-motivation, and attention to detail while meeting critical deadlines. You developed impactful PowerPoint presentations and visual communications that effectively conveyed key messages to clients and stakeholders. You leveraged CRM systems, digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance data to inform marketing decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
