As our organization continues to expand, opportunities will continue to develop based on your interests and strengths Position Summary The BCBA - Associate Clinical Coordinator provides clinical oversight for an assigned caseload while assisting the Clinical Coordinator with the development, implementation, and oversight of individualized treatment programs for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs. This role combines direct BCBA responsibilities with opportunities to support clinical team development, treatment integrity, staff mentorship, and quality assurance initiatives. The Associate Clinical Coordinator partners closely with the Clinical Coordinator, Clinical Directors, BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), caregivers, and leadership to ensure effective, ethical, and data-driven care. This position is ideal for a BCBA who is interested in expanding their clinical leadership skills while continuing to provide meaningful direct clinical services. Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments including FBA, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, & ESDM (training for assessments provided) Develop, implement, and modify individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans for assigned clients Provide ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Analyze behavioral data and adjust treatment strategies as clinically appropriate Collaborate with families and caregivers to support skill generalization across settings Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and HIPAA guidelines Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration, clinical meetings, and ongoing training initiatives Ensure treatment integrity, safety procedures, and quality assurance standards are upheld Assist the Clinical Coordinator with clinical team support, problem-solving, and day-to-day clinical needs Support onboarding, training, and mentorship of new clinical team members Assist with monitoring clinical documentation, treatment plan timelines, and authorization requirements Provide clinical guidance and support to BCBAs and RBTs as needed Assist with reviewing treatment programs and supporting consistency in clinical practices Participate in leadership meetings, certified meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities Assist with clinical initiatives and special projects as assigned Qualifications Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Active BCBA certification in good standing Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based intervention strategies Previous experience providing BCBA supervision and clinical oversight preferred Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and time management skills Passion for mentoring clinicians and supporting quality ABA services CPR/First Aid certification and crisis management training preferred or willingness to obtain Reliable transportation for local travel, if applicable Job Title: Associate Clinical Coordinator Reports To: Clinical Coordinator Location: Wesley Chapel, FL Job Type: Full-Time | Salaried | Exempt Compensation: negotiable based on experience and qualifications, starting at $70,000, with performance-based incentives #J-18808-Ljbffr Behavioral Consulting of Tampa Bay
