We are seeking a Clinician III (LE)to join our Child & Adolescent Program. This position provides clinical services to children and adolescents experiencing serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders, helping them and their families access the care, resources, and support they need to achieve their goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling and psychotherapy to children and adolescents.
• Conduct comprehensiveclinical assessments and evaluations, including diagnostic assessment.
• Develop individualized, recovery-orientedservice and treatment plansbased on each individual's strengths, needs, goals, and preferences.
• Monitor client progress, service delivery, physical and mental well-being, and satisfaction throughout treatment.
• Coordinate and connect individuals and families with appropriate behavioral health services, community resources, and other supports.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with families, treatment team members, community providers, and other professionals to support positive outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to assess and treat co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Knowledge of and experience with group counseling, family systems, and motivational interviewingtechniques.
• Ability to develop comprehensive, recovery-oriented treatment plans in accordance with agency guidelines.
• Knowledge and proficiency in the use of clinical assessments, therapeutic interventions, and outcome measuresrelevant to the population served.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with children, adolescents, families, and multidisciplinary treatment teams.
• At least one year of experience working with individuals with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Master’s Degree in a human services field required
• Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work required
