Responsibilities

• • Assist Project Managers with daily project operations
• • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and owners
• • Support scheduling, budgeting, and project tracking efforts
• • Attend project meetings and assist with site coordination
• • Help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budge
• t• Maintain accurate project records and closeout documentation

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• • 1-5+ years of commercial construction experience preferred
• • Strong organizational and communication skills
• • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• • Experience with project management software is a plus
• • Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
