Role Description The Retail Store Manager role at Luna Wireless is a full-time, on-site position based in Woonsocket, RI. The manager oversees daily store operations, including supervising team members, coordinating schedules, and ensuring visual merchandising and store standards are consistently met. This role is responsible for driving sales results, monitoring key performance indicators, and coaching team members to deliver excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. The Retail Store Manager handles inventory management and retail loss prevention activities, addresses customer concerns, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. The position also includes training and developing staff, supporting promotional campaigns, and fostering an inclusive, performance-focused store culture. Qualifications Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build positive, long-term relationships. Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and leadership. Store Management experience, including staffing, scheduling, supervising, and coaching team members in a retail setting. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to protect company assets and ensure safe store operations. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals in a retail environment. Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through. Comfort with mobile technology, point-of-sale systems, and basic computer applications. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is beneficial.
