System Administrator

Position Summary Candidates must be able to successfully complete a federal background investigation and maintain eligibility for access to government systems and facilities The System Administrator manages and maintains enterprise Information Technology infrastructure systems operating within a Microsoft Windows environment. This role supports both virtual and physical server environments and ensures system availability, security, and operational performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Administer Windows Server 2022 environments and enterprise infrastructure systems. Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access controls. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software. Perform vulnerability remediation, system patching, and security hardening activities. Support virtualization environments and server infrastructure operations. Troubleshoot servers, workstations, and peripheral systems. Support SCCM, SCOM, Active Directory, and MECM environment Travel to remote locations as required to support operational needs Maintain compliance with organizational cybersecurity policies and standards. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of Information Technology experience Experience administering Microsoft enterprise environments Strong understanding of networking, infrastructure, and systems administration principles.
