Property Maintenance Technician: Make-Ready & Grounds
RPM Living
RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general upkeep and keep common areas clean both inside and outside. You will handle custodial tasks, assist with grounds work, basic repairs, and support make-ready units to ensure smooth move-ins. This role requires safety awareness and the ability to operate power washers and floor scrubbers.
