Leasing Leader Student Housing & Community Marketing
PeakMade Real Estate
PeakMade Real Estate seeks an onsite Leasing Manager to lead leasing and marketing for our off-campus student housing communities. You’ll partner with the property manager to drive occupancy, resident retention, and revenue while delivering peak branding and guest experiences.
You’ll recruit, train, and supervise leasing staff, conduct tours, host events, and execute digital campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Canva, and other tools.
