Job Summary

Fischer Paper Products is looking for a dependable and motivated Production Packer to join our night shift team. In this role, you will pack finished products, ensure quality standards are met, and support production efficiency in a clean, modern manufacturing environment.

Schedule

• Night Shift: 8:10 PM - 6:30 AM
• Monday-Thursday (10-hour shifts)
• Fridays as needed
• No weekends

Pay

• Pay based on experience

Responsibilities

• Pack bags into boxes efficiently as they come off the line
• Inspect products to ensure quality and food safety standards are met
• Follow all manufacturing and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members to support production goals

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Experience operating machinery is a plus
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
