But let’s warn you, the pastries are so good you might become addicted… POSITION OVERVIEW As a Team Member at Ole & Steen, you will join a dynamic, fun, and positive workplace bringing Danish pastries and coffee to NYC. You are responsible for the quality of the guest experience, whether providing a welcoming smile, perfecting the display and sale of our products, ensuring the cleanliness and ambience of our bakery, and making sure everyone has a happy environment to enjoy as a guest or colleague. The right person for this role is a service-oriented “people person”, who brings personality and enthusiasm to their work. You enjoy the buzz of working in fast-paced environments and seek prep work during slower times. You have a positive attitude, are able to proactively manage your time, and love finding ways to help out wherever you can.
