In this role, you will provide direct resident care and assist residents with daily living activities while helping create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist with feeding and hydration as needed Take and record vital signs Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Compassion for an underserved population Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, professional, and resident-focused What Makes You a Great Fit Compassionate caregiver with a heart for seniors Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and team-oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Committed to providing exceptional resident care We are an equal opportunity employer.
