CFO (Startup)

Opportunity in south Florida. Excellent comp package + bonus + relocation. Our client is looking for a CFO for a startup in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate must have Property & Casualty experience who will lead growth plan in the areas of strategic development, finance, accounting, treasury, and experience with regulatory compliance and lead from day 1 in their Hollywood, Florida office.

• Implement efficient pricing and cost controls to optimize return on assets.

• Provide financial analysis reports to senior management and Board of Directors.

• Serve as company's Ethics Officer and ensure reporting of compliance with Code of Ethics, Conflict of Interest, and similar.

• Manage flow of information to Board of Directors, Finance & Audit committees, & regulatory agencies and external auditors.
