This role is responsible for managing complex, medium- to large-scale projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery aligned with client objectives.The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, the ability to solve complex business problems using technology and data solutions, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.What you will doLead the development and delivery of IT solutions across multiple domains, including:System integrations and software implementationsData management, visualization, and architectureIT strategy and program managementManage all phases of the project lifecycle, including estimation, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, risk/issue management, change control, and deliveryOversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional project teams to ensure successful executionServe as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teamsDevelop, manage, and track project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget deliverySupport Statement of Work (SOW) creation, resource planning, and client presentationsManage project expectations, clearly define roles and responsibilities, and ensure stakeholder alignmentIdentify opportunities to support business development and expand client relationshipsReview and approve project-related financials, including invoices, timesheets, and expensesWhat skills you should haveMinimum of 3+ years of IT project management experienceProven experience managing medium to large, complex projectsExperience working in consulting or professional services environmentsStrong understanding of technology, information systems, data, and business processesExperience using project management tools such as Microsoft ProjectProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Skills that stand outExperience in utilities or energy industryExperience leading technical and functional teams in a client-facing environmentFamiliarity with system integrations and enterprise software implementationsCore CompetenciesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical teams and executive leadershipStrong planning, organization, and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProven ability to resolve conflicts and drive positive outcomesSkilled in scope management, prioritization, and negotiationSelf-motivated, independent, and proactiveStrong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and align teams around a common goalWork EnvironmentClient-facing role with potential travel depending on project needsFast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment
