Overview BrightStar Care Louisville is hiring an Immediate Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) in the Louisville, KY area. The position offers a $2000 sign‑on bonus and a $5/hr weekend incentive for eligible nurses (additional $5/hr for two 12‑hour weekend shifts). Nurses will work a 2:1 ratio (1 Nurse, 1 Aid, 1 Client) caring for a quadriplegic adult patient in the 40202 zip code. Full‑time, part‑time, and per diem shifts are available days, nights, overnights, and weekends for both RNs and LPNs.
