End User Support Specialist

Role Overview The End User Support Specialist provides comprehensive IT support to end users, ensuring seamless integration of technology and user needs. This role requires a passion for technology and excellence in customer service, with a focus on delivering timely, efficient, and exceptional technical support. What You Will Do Deliver technical support for hardware, software, identity, and access issues, maintain user account security, and troubleshoot end user devices and peripherals. Collaborate with IT and Security teams to improve end user experience and maintain technical ownership of support tickets. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Degree in technical field preferred ITIL, CompTIA+, Microsoft, HDI certification preferred Excellent customer service skills Strong team collaboration skills Proficient relationship, conflict management, and communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proactive and punctual with efficient multitasking capabilities Solid planning and organizational skills Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting different operating systems Experience and knowledge of networking protocols and configurations Experience in managing user accounts, including permissions and security settings Proficiency in remote troubleshooting and support tools Experience supporting enterprise-grade end user hardware and smart phones Knowledge of basic IT security practices and protocols Benefits Comprehensive benefits plans Hourly pay rate: $30.00 to $32.10 Shift, geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications may affect pay rate Details of benefits plans available at #J-18808-Ljbffr ZOLL Medical Corporation
