Qualifications Class A CDL Minimum of 2 years of driving experience Maximum of 3 violations in 3 years No drug or alcohol violations Hazmat endorsement required Job Requirements Required use of the in-cab dispatch system for hours-of-service tracking and loadstatusupdates No prior disciplinary actions at any Freeport-McMoRan sites Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone MSHA Certificate (Not Required – Training Provided) Must pass a physical ability test Schedule Monday through Friday 10–12 hour shifts 4pm or 10pm start time available Home daily Compensation Benefits $25.00 per hour (straight time; no overtime) Quarterly safety bonus Medical, vision, and dental insurance, plus supplemental benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with employer match Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) 24/7 dispatch support Driver field support Full-service terminal
