Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls and direct those calls accordingly
• Receipt in money for the Sales and Finance Departments
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited or direct supervision
• Professional appearance and conduct

Requirements and Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
