Job Description

An established housing organization is seeking a  Senior Quality Control Analyst to support asset management, property performance, and quality control functions. This role monitors work orders, inspections, budgets, operating statements, maintenance expenses, and portfolio performance. You will also coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to improve inspection results, service quality, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report portfolio and property performance data
• Monitor work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, and service resolution
• Review budgets, maintenance expenses, operating statements, and expense allocations
• Coordinate housing quality inspection activity with property and maintenance teams
• Support rent delinquency reduction, revenue goals, property inspections, and administrative asset management functions

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
• Six years of progressively responsible experience in budgeting, purchasing, facility management, real estate, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• Yardi experience preferred
• Certified Housing Manager preferred, or ability to obtain within one year
• Housing Credit Certified Professional preferred
• Low-Income Housing Tax Credit experience or certification preferred
• Valid Florida Driver’s License required
• Must be insurable under the employer’s insurance policy

The base pay rate for this position is $32.97 per hour , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
