Numerical Control Programmer - Grand Prairie, TXYou will be a Numerical Control Programmer with our Computer Aided Inspection (CAI) Group in Grand Prairie, TX. Our team is responsible for supporting a rapidly growing shop by developing and implementing efficient CAI processes on various types of equipment.What You Will Be Doing As the CAI programmer, you will be responsible for creating programs for computer-controlled equipment and collaborating with a team to support shop floor operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Quality Inspection processes. Your responsibilities will include:Create programs for computer controlled machines using engineering drawings and modelsAnalyze engineering drawings and determine the appropriate machine, machining strategy, probes and parameters, also develop work holding fixture conceptsSupport shop floor by troubleshooting issuesIdentify opportunities to improve current processesProvide time estimates for upcoming new partsResearch, test and implement new inspection technologyCollaborate and brainstorm with teammates and leadership to develop strategies in support of future shop growthWhy Join Us We're looking for a collaborative and innovative CAI programmer to join our team.
