Hourly Wage Estimate $40.15 - $58.58 per hour Job Summary The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, evaluates nursing care, serves as a resource for staff, and models organizational values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes. Responsibilities Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality patient-centered care. Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services in the unit. Collaborate with subject matter experts and managers to foster teamwork and improved outcomes. Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary. Operate nursing strategies (employee rounding, hourly rounds, etc.) to drive engagement. Provide recommendations on interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating new staff. Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor in line with patient care needs and productivity guidelines. Support inventory control and manage supplies & equipment. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (DORA or Multi-State). Must obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date.
