About This Job Axos Invest, Inc. offers an hourly rate ranging from $25.00 to $30.00, with actual starting pay varying by geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an annual discretionary cash bonus (target: 10%) and an annual discretionary restricted stock units bonus (target: 10%). These bonuses may be awarded semi‑annually based on performance goals. This role supports Financial Consultants and clients by delivering high‑level service while driving outbound engagement and appointment‑setting activity. The position blends client service, operational support, and sales‑oriented outreach within a fast‑paced, call‑center‑style environment. Responsibilities Provide ongoing client support by handling inbound calls related to account servicing, online banking access, and general inquiries. Partner with Financial Consultants to drive client engagement through outbound calling, prospecting, and appointment setting. Manage a high volume of daily activity (approximately 20–100+ client interactions), including both inbound requests and outbound outreach. Assist clients with transactions such as account maintenance, distribution requests, and basic troubleshooting. Support operational and payment‑related inquiries across investment and banking products. Deliver product education and guidance to clients, ensuring a strong understanding of platform capabilities. Maintain adherence to defined service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and activity metrics. Document client interactions and maintain accurate records within internal systems. Qualifications High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. 1+ years of experience in client services, financial services, retail, business, or commercial banking. Experience in wealth management / investment firms preferred. Registered Sales Assistant or advisor support roles preferred. Experience in insurance, asset management, or client‑facing sales environments. Open to entry‑level candidates and recent graduates with relevant internships.
