Competitive pay rates, medical, dental, vision, 401k with some matching, life insurance, FSA/HSA, and paid time off available for full time employees.Responsibilities:Perform basic administrative duties such as scanning, filing and typingPack & organize final medication orders into delivery totes in preparation for deliveryMaintain excellent attendance to schedules; stay on task throughout the dayContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededProcess all charges generated by the department; work from the medication profile, individual charge cards and floor stock formsType all correspondence for the departmentReceive in-coming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individualEstablish and maintain office and general files for the departmentProvide receptionist duties for visitors; may provide information or obtain requested information or refer to another department member as appropriateDistribute mail as appropriateRequirements:Job Specifications:FlexibilityTeamworkTime ManagementThoroughnessPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Must be able to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Must be able to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment such as calculators, copy machines and printers up to 100% of the time;Regularly required to talk and hear in order to communicate effectively over the phone and in person;Must be able to see 100% to perform various tasksThis position will require standing, walking, & periods of remaining stationary; may also require bending, kneeling, reaching and stooping;Must be able to lift and/or transport materials weighing up to 25 pounds, up to 10% of the time; InitialsMust be able to tolerate normal office environment and exposure to various medications;Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.PharmcareUSA is a national, closed-door, long term care pharmacy business with locations in multiple states.
