With an elite team of plastic surgeons across the U.S. and a family of over 150,000 satisfied patients, we're on a mission to make beauty accessible to all.Mia Aesthetics provides on-the-job training, professional development opportunities, opportunities for advancement, benefit offerings, and more.Be a part of a team transforming lives and supporting dreams every day!ResponsibilitiesMaintains clinic services by organizing patient operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring all staff functionsDesigns and implements clinic policies by establishing standards and procedures; measures results against standards and makes necessary adjustmentsProvides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of recordsMaintains workplace efficiency by planning and implementing clinic systems, layouts, and equipment procurementSets and assigns appropriate work schedules ensuring adequate staffing is consistently met to meet operational needsTakes timely and appropriate steps to coach, retrain and/or performance manage team members aligned to performance expectationsKeeps management informed by reviewing and summarizing information, identifying trends, and reporting issues in a timely fashionEscalates developing and/or emergency situations to the Director, Clinical Operations. Ensure compliance with Mia Aesthetics' policy and procedures as related to internal controlsEducation & ExperienceExcellent communication, leadership, time management, and problem-solving skillsDemonstrates strong customer service orientation and emotional intelligenceStrong business acumen with the know-how to drive operational excellenceKnowledge of healthcare standards and medical terminologyTechnologically savvy and comfortable with multiple applications and online platformsPhysical dexterity and stamina; ability to actively participate throughout clinic environmentBachelor's degree in Business Management or related field3+ Years' experience in administrative leadership role with direct reports in a clinic settingHolds and maintains an active Basic Life Support (BLS) CertificationHIPPA and OSHA certifications preferredBilingual in English and Spanish PreferredMia Aesthetics is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
