Type: Full Time: 8AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. Location: Tri-State Area (PA/DE/MD) - Travel between West Chester, Phoenixville,
Minimum Experience: 8 years in Property Management at a Service Manager level or
Berger Communities is seeking a Regional Service Director to provide leadership,
coaching, and operational oversight across a portfolio of apartment communities.
This role is key in supporting on-site Service Managers and maintenance teams to
ensure top-notch resident satisfaction, compliance with safety and regulatory
standards, and consistent execution of company policies.
