Accounting and Finance Coordinator

Hours: 30-40 hours/week Position Summary The Accounting Manager is responsible for maintaining the financial organization and reporting structure of the company. This role owns reconciliations, financial reporting, loan and intercompany tracking, budgeting support, and leadership dashboards to ensure executives have timely and accurate financial visibility. This role serves as the central coordinator for financial data integrity and works closely with leadership, lenders, and tax professionals. The Accounting Manager supports strategic decision-making by transforming financial activity into organized reporting and actionable insights. Core Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for executive leadership Perform variance analysis and identify financial trends Support reporting for lenders and strategic initiatives Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting Lead quarterly budget reforecasting based on actuals and new variables Reconciliations & Financial Accuracy Reconcile all company bank accounts monthly Review and reconcile Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements Assist with intercompany reconciliations and internal transfers Identify and resolve discrepancies across entities Maintain financial integrity across systems Loan & Capital Tracking Own and maintain loan schedules Track loan balances and repayment activity Develop and monitor payback strategies with CEO Reconcile internal lending activity Tax & Year-End Support Prepare financial schedules and support documentation for CPA Coordinate year-end reporting requirements Assist with W-2 and 1099 preparation and reconciliation Ensure supporting documentation is organized and complete Leadership Support Provide financial reporting and analysis to CEO and executive team Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives Support acquisition analysis and financial integration efforts as needed Desired Skills Strong Excel and financial reporting skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to identify discrepancies and solve problems Comfortable working across multiple systems Strong communication and follow-through Experience with QuickBooks, AMS360, and financial reporting tools preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Duffy Insurance Agency, Inc.
