Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working in educational or pediatric environments
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Adept at conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Ability to manage multiple cases and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEP) for students
- Implement evidence-based interventions to address behavioral, social, and academic needs
- Train and provide ongoing support for staff and caregivers on ABA strategies
- Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and families to ensure cohesive support
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust plans accordingly
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
