As a Registered Nurse within the Telemetry Float Pool at RWJ University Hospital New Brunswick, you will help advance patient care and strengthen the experience of individuals and families across our organization. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is strongly preferred or must be completed within 5 years upon hire. National Board Certification and ACLS Certification is preferred or must be obtained within 6 months of employment. Prior 2-3 years of RN experience within acute care or telemetry or medical surgical is highly preferred and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC. This position offers a Part-Time Day Shift schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday – Friday with weekend and holiday rotations, 36 hours per week, allowing you to build strong patient relationships while maintaining balance.
