We lead the end-to-end process, manage the partner lifecycle, and drive industry intelligence and engagement through key governing bodies.The Agentic Commerce Solutions team is responsible for defining and enabling the future of Agentic Commerce across the Amex Global Network. As AI-driven agents, digital wallets, and automated commerce experiences evolve, we are shaping how the Network supports secure, scalable, and commercially compelling agent-based transactions. Our focus spans tokenization, digital identity, and emerging network capabilities required to power next-generation commerce.The Senior Associate, Product Management will support the development and delivery of Agentic Commerce capabilities. Reporting to a Manager or Director within Agentic Commerce Solutions, this colleague will assist in translating product strategy into requirements, support execution across product workstreams, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to help deliver new capabilities.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of product initiatives within Agentic Commerce SolutionsAssist in translating product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and documentationPartner with Technology teams to clarify requirements, support development, and track progress against milestonesCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Risk, Strategy, GTM, Architecture) to support delivery of product capabilitiesSupport the design and development of Agentic Commerce features (e.g., tokenization, identity, intent capture) through research and documentationAssist in managing timelines, dependencies, and risks across assigned tasks or componentsContribute to product documentation, including specifications, process flows, and integration materialsSupport testing activities, including validation of requirements and coordination of feedbackConduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments in agentic and digital commerceSupport internal communications and preparation of materials for stakeholder updatesQualifications2+ years of experience in product management, payments, consulting, or related rolesFoundational understanding of payments, APIs, or digital platformsExperience supporting product development, business analysis, or technical projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, matrixed environmentEffective communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and insightsExposure to payments ecosystems, tokenization, or digital commerce platformsFamiliarity with Agile development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)Interest in emerging technologies such as AI-driven commerce or digital identityExperience supporting technical or product teams in a delivery environmentThis role is suited for an early-career product professional who is building foundational product management and execution skills.
