Engage with potential applicants through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Review resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability for different roles within the organization. Craft comprehensive job announcements detailing job requirements, including experience, education, and skills. Utilize behavioral interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates effectively. Conduct thorough investigations into referrals, references, and social media profiles to gain a comprehensive understanding of applicants. Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with colleges and local organizations, participating in job fairs and networking events. Required Skills Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within a high-volume organization, agency, or executive search firm. Demonstrated proficiency in using both cold and warm calling techniques to source and recruit candidates. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms for recruitment purposes. Strong analytical skills to track metrics and analyze data for strategic recruitment planning. Professional and courteous communication skills, both over the phone and in person. Maintains an exemplary public image, including on social media platforms.
