Golden Summit Wealth & Insurance Solutions is looking for motivated professionals who want to transition into financial services through a structured training and development program. Prior financial services experience is not required. We provide licensing support, hands‑on development, mentorship, and access to experienced advisors and in‑house specialists. You bring the work ethic, relationship skills, and willingness to learn. This position does not provide a traditional guaranteed salary. Actual earnings will depend on licensing, activity, client development, and individual business results. Eligible financial professionals may also qualify for certain benefits and retirement programs, subject to applicable contract and production requirements.
