Learning Management Specialist to develop, manage, and maintain high-quality technical and learning content for Microsoft 365 and related Office 365 tools. The ideal candidate will have experience creating user guides, training materials, SOPs, knowledge articles, and instructional content for cloud productivity platforms. Supporting Microsoft 365 administration, documenting processes and configurations, conducting virtual training classes, and providing coaching to users. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand learning content and collaborate with administrators and subject-matter experts. Technical Writing, Learning Management, Training & Content Development, Virtual Classroom Delivery, User Coaching, Microsoft 365 Tools, Documentation, and Copilot.
