Physical Therapist
The VIOS Clinic
We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide personalized, one-on-one care to older adults in their homes and senior living communities. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering evidence-based physical therapy to enhance mobility, independence, and quality of life Performing evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans Documenting care accurately within electronic medical records Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams including OT, SLP, and fitness specialists Educating patients, caregivers, and staff on safety and aging in place strategies Utilizing telehealth and virtual care to increase access and flexibility Qualifications And Skills Required Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility in the practice state Degree from an accredited PT program Proficiency with computers and EMR systems Current CPR certification Physical demands include lifting, repositioning patients, extended walking, and driving to patient locations. Clinicians must meet these physical requirements to perform in-home and community-based care effectively.
