Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized patient care.
• Provide clinical leadership to the patient care team, ensuring the highest quality of care is upheld during your shift.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, executing necessary interventions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement tailored care plans.
• Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant setting.
• Active Illinois nursing license is required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification is mandatory.
• ACLS certification (AHA) must be obtained within 30 days of starting.
• Availability for weekend shifts every other weekend is required.
