Become part of an organization where your expertise matters and your contributions make a difference.Security Clearance:Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.Responsibilities:Senior Data Scientist must have knowledge of and access to program datasets and broader information systems and databases such as NSWC Corona Ship Maintenance Data Improvement Initiative (SMDII), Navy Maintenance Database (NMD), Navy Data Environment (NDE), Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or performance data for review by managers and other stakeholders.Identify and analyze industry trends with business strategy implications.Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.Analyze business intelligence and data to support recommendations for action and updates to processes and procedures.Apply mathematical or statistical techniques to address practical issues in financial, program, and risk management.Interpret results of analysis procedures.Study work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, and cost analysis.Select statistical tests for collecting and analyzing data.Collaborate with management and users to develop content and integrate program strategies with websites and virtual tools.Research and apply innovative solutions for product design, visuals, and user experience to meet the needs of individual web development and digital projects.Write and edit technical documentation for digital products and designs, such as user manuals, testing protocols, and reports.Experience:10+ years of professional experience providing Data Analytics support to Navy programs.Experience with Navy Data Analytics tools.DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process); DoD/DoN contracting; experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel; Navy procedures and processes is desired.Education / Certifications Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or related field.EOE/M/F/Disability/VetVEVRAA Federal ContractorBenefitsICI Services provides a comprehensive, competitive benefits package.Our benefits:Employee Stock Ownership Plan401(k) Plan with Immediately Vesting MatchPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision PlanFlexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care, Transportation, Parking)Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)Long Term and Short Term Disability InsuranceTuition ReimbursementEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramEmployee Performance Recognition & Awards (Spot Bonuses)Company OverviewICI Services is an Employee-Owned Business with a proud history of providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare, and In-Service Sustainment to our government customers.
