TLC Pet Hospital is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, dependable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!
Are you someone who loves people, loves pets, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can keep your cool when the day doesn’t go exactly as planned? Then you might be the person we’re looking for!
TLC Pet Hospital is a busy, privately owned, 4-doctor small animal practice with an amazing team and a whole lot going on. Every day is different, and we’re looking for someone who can jump in, stay organized, multitask, and most importantly, have fun while doing it!
What You'll Do
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be one of the first and most important faces our clients meet. You’ll help create a welcoming, compassionate experience for both pets and their people.
Your day may include:
- Greeting and checking in/out clients and their pets
- Answering a busy, multi-line phone system
- Scheduling appointments
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions
- Communicating with clients about their pets’ care
- Working closely with our veterinarians, technicians, and support team
- Keeping things moving when the schedule gets busy or unpredictable
- Helping wherever needed to keep the hospital running smoothly
Veterinary experience or knowledge is preferred , but we’re also interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
