Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly organized and reliable Dispatcher/ Administrative Receptionist to support daily operations. This role combines front-office responsibilities with dispatch coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking.
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch drivers and coordinate routes efficiently
- Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, delays, and updates
- Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and manage front desk operations
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and scheduling systems
- Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks
- Provide support to operations and management as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dispatching, trucking/logistics, or administrative support preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Reliable with strong attention to detail and excellent attendance
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
