23+ years in similar full service leadership role

Proficient in labor management, scheduling, and restaurant financials
Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving abilities

Assistant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills

Experience in a strong wine program
Event or large-party service coordination experience
Proven success in guest engagement and operational improvements
