Class A Truck Driver
Trillium Drivers is now seeking CDL Class A Truck Drivers in Brownstown, MI for a temp-to-hire opportunity!
Pay rate is $24 per hour with OT after 40 hours. Schedule is Monday - Friday. No weekend work! This is first shift, starting at 3 AM - 5 PM, roughly 14 hours a day.
Position Overview
- Delivering storm doors and windows to hardware stores.
- Operating a 53', automatic transmission.
- Un/loading is required. Pallet jack and dolly are provided.
- Must be able to push/pull extremely heavy product and equipment repetitively.
- Must be willing to travel to OH, WV, PA, and IN. Layovers are possible.
Miscellaneous
- Excellent customer service skills are required.
- Proper and thorough pre and post trips are crucial.
- Must be self-directed, self-motivated, confident, and decisive.
- Must have knowledge of DOT regulations, electronic logging devices, and hours of service rules.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A license.
- At least 1+ years of recent and verifiable Class A experience.
- Valid DOT medical card.
- Clean MVR.
- Clean background.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
