Compensation and Bonus Structure Total Compensation Package: $84,500 to $119,000 annually, plus opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company. BCBA’s become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped bonuses rewarding impact without waiting months. Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Bonus pay for supervising an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Clinical Guidance: Guidance from the Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team featuring industry leaders. Education and Support Continuing Education: Minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, extra funds for additional training, and 2 paid days for CEU events.
