Dining Services Manager

Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervises and coordinates activities of dining room staff/employees to provide fast and courteous service to residents.
• Schedules dining reservations and arrange parties or special services for diners.
• Greets guests, escorts them to tables and provide menus.
• Addresses and solves complaints of residents, while providing exceptional customer service.
• Oversees dining room server duties, while expediting drink and food orders in a timely fashion.
• Assigns work tasks and coordinate activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service.
• Assists dishwasher and other team members, as needed.
• Buses tables during and after meals.
• Other duties as requested.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Ged
• Preferred associate or bachelor's degree in business management
• Current Food Handler certification
• 3 - 5 years' experience in managing a dining room team

Exempt Status

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
