Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to enhance our dynamic team at our Renton clinic location. In this position, you will manage your own caseload with the support and mentorship of our Physical Therapists.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the guidance of our Doctor of Physical Therapy (PTAs are expected to see a maximum of 7-9 patients per day).
• Accurately understand and document patient clinical encounters.
• Coordinate patient care plans with both internal and external providers.
• Maintain the condition and stock of clinic equipment and materials as needed.
• Excellent customer service and patient support.

Qualifications:

• Active PTA license in Washington state.
• U.S. Work Authorization.
• Ideal candidates will have experience related to athletics, coaching, or personal training.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect and communicate effectively with people of various ages and professional backgrounds.
• Ability to stand for sustained periods of time.
