Join Our Healthcare Team as a Physical Therapist
Our organization is looking for a committed Physical Therapist to become a vital part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will assess and treat patients facing a variety of conditions, creating tailored rehabilitation strategies aimed at enhancing function, mobility, and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to facilitate recovery.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Valid physical therapy license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
