We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hospitality-driven Restaurant General Manager to lead our restaurant through an exciting period of growth and transition. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments, builds strong teams, and can successfully guide operations during a transition into expanded facilities and future growth opportunities.

This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and strong organizational skills as the business evolves. The General Manager will oversee daily operations while helping implement new systems, support team development, and maintain an exceptional guest experience throughout the transition process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Lead, coach, and develop front and back of house staff
• Help manage and execute operational transition into expanded facilities
• Maintain consistency in service, food quality, and dining experience during periods of change
• Assist with implementing updated procedures, workflows, and operational systems
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate team members
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment through growth and transition
• Ensure exceptional guest service and professionally resolve customer concerns
• Monitor labor, food cost, and operating expenses
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and health/safety compliance
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Drive sales, efficiency, and profitability through strong leadership

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience preferred
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced or changing environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain flexible and organized during operational transitions
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, staffing, and cost controls
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, ability to obtain ServSafe Certification
• Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
