Requirements/Expectations for The Grounds Guys Team Leader:
- At least 2 years' experience in landscape and hardscape field.
- At least 2 years' experience in driving a truck with experience in hauling both a box and dump trailers.
- A reliable vehicle to bring you to work every day.
- A valid driver's license.
- Wear team shirt and khaki pants daily and making sure entire team is in uniform and wearing proper PPE.
- Ability to download and use scheduling/timesheet app.
- Ability to keep team on track to finish jobs within allotted timeframe.
- Former employer recommendation with work phone number to call for reference.
- Responsible to make sure equipment is cleaned, stored, locked up, and cared for properly at the end of each day.
- Responsible for making sure each employee takes a 30 minute lunch and clocking in/out accordingly.
