PRODUCTION WORKER

Summary/Scope of Role: To fabricate parts and assemblies in accordance with specifications by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities : include the following. Other duties may be assigned

1. Reads and interprets travelers and operations sheets to determine appropriate operations to be performed
2. Interprets blueprints and other fabrication specifications in order to build production parts and assemblies
3. Completes assembly responsibilities to include drilling, tapping, grinding, sawing, sanding, burring and counter burring
4. Uses appropriate inspection tools as required
5. Maintains an adequate supply of operating materials for production machines and obtains additional materials according to procedures
6. Documents production activities each day as assigned
7. Reports any malfunctions or equipment problems to management
8. Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures
9. Maintains clean, orderly and safe work areas at all times
10. Performs other related duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent. Must have Prior fabricating experience
