PRODUCTION WORKER

Summary/Scope of Role: To fabricate parts and assemblies in accordance with specifications by performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities : include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Reads and interprets travelers and operations sheets to determine appropriate operations to be performed
- Interprets blueprints and other fabrication specifications in order to build production parts and assemblies
- Completes assembly responsibilities to include drilling, tapping, grinding, sawing, sanding, burring and counter burring
- Uses appropriate inspection tools as required
- Maintains an adequate supply of operating materials for production machines and obtains additional materials according to procedures
- Documents production activities each day as assigned
- Reports any malfunctions or equipment problems to management
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures
- Maintains clean, orderly and safe work areas at all times
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Must comply with and meet all pre-employment requisites, including but not limited to criminal background check prior to start date, and pre-employment and random drug testing in accordance with Company policy for the duration of employment
