Overview Hourly rate ranges from $19.87 to $20.12 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Brand: Spencer's. Responsibilities Establishing and maintaining Guest Services. Support the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds for in excess of 8 hours.
