Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. \n

Your work will primarily focus on clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma, among others. You will engage with patients from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive environment that encourages open dialogue and therapeutic growth. Qualifications\n- \n
- A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required. \n
- Current licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory. \n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, preference will be given to candidates with a demonstrated history of telehealth service delivery and those who have worked with specialized populations. Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and care coordination is advantageous.

- A salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year, with opportunities for additional bonuses based on state licensure. \n
- A sign-on bonus of up to USD 1,500 is available. \n
