Full-Stack Developer (Front-End Focused)

Role Description

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer with strong front-end expertise to join our team. While your primary strength should be in front-end development, you'll also work across the stack, building and integrating server-side logic. You'll play a key role in developing Shopify applications and front-end projects, while contributing to our existing SaaS products. This role is crucial for expanding our Shopify ecosystem presence and enhancing our product offerings.

We expect you to use AI tools fluently across the full workflow: scoping and breaking down tasks, writing code, and testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces for our SaaS products
• Build and integrate back-end services, APIs, and server-side logic that power our front-end applications
• Build AI-powered features and integrations using modern AI/LLM APIs
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate with the product team to implement new features and improve existing functionality
• Own features end-to-end, from database and API design through to the user interface
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
• Contribute to the development of our custom CMS and marketing platforms

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional full-stack development experience, with a primary focus on front-end
• Strong proficiency in:
  • React.js
  • TypeScript
  • GraphQL
  • React Router
  • TanStack (Query, Table, or Router)
  • Version control (Git)
• Solid back-end development experience, including REST/GraphQL API design and database fundamentals
• Strong command of AI coding tools across the full workflow: scoping and breaking down tasks, writing code, and testing
• B2 level proficiency in written and verbal English communication
• Experience with modern front-end build tools and workflows
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and documentation
• Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Understanding of AI application architecture and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SaaS products
• Team lead or project lead experience
• Experience with Go (Golang) or willingness to work within a Go-based back-end
• Experience with Shopify app development
• Previous work on Shopify front-end projects
• Knowledge of e-commerce best practices
• Previous experience building with the help of AI-powered applications
• Experience with AI development frameworks and tools
