ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Schedule Reality

• Closed every Sunday

• Closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day

• The days leading up to major holidays are some of our highest-volume days and require full leadership presence

• Weekend availability is required

What You'll Do

• Help lead daily operations of a high-volume bakery café

• Execute labor and food cost controls

• Coach and develop shift leaders and team members

• Protect food quality and guest experience standards

• Maintain compliance and operational discipline

• Step up when the GM is off-site

This role supports the General Manager and strengthens the store - not competes with it.

Experience Required

• 2+ years of restaurant or retail leadership

• Experience managing labor or food cost

• Comfortable giving feedback and holding standards

• Weekend and peak-season availability
